Some of the biggest adventures I’ve had with Spirit have begun with a single email or message between strangers — from an unexpected invitation to come and teach in a small Bavarian town, to reaching out to an Icelandic healing school and forming a lasting friendship with its owner, who has since become a longtime collaborator.
